Tina Snover

David and Tina Snover have been married since 2002 and have two girls: Brenae ’06 and Lizzie ’09. Tina has played soccer since 1982. She had the privilege of playing for Sweet Briar College in Virginia and continued to play beyond college. She has played just about every position including goalkeeper throughout the decades. She was an All-Conference Women’s Soccer player in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. The summer of 1998 Tina was a member of the Lady Charlotte Eagles Soccer Team and got to compete in Sweden and in the Czech Republic. She started coaching in 1993 and in 2016, she obtained her National D Coaching License with US Soccer. She served as a Grade 8 USSF Referee from 2011 – 2015. Tina loves soccer and sports in general, but they are not her God. She strives to seek a healthy balance of hard work and competitiveness mixed with joy and fun. She loves to win, but she loves her players and their families more. Tina believe sports should be played in community with one another. She loves being on a team and having the team strive together for something bigger than themselves. She desires to get to know each one of her players and their family members.  She strives to be a 3-Dimensional Coach/360 Coach. Her goal is to make your daughter better physically, make her emotionally stronger and make it matter to her heart. Tina currently serves as the Multi-Area Director for FCA over Western Colorado (www.westerncoloradofca.org). 


Lindsay Icenogle

Peter and Lindsay Icenogle have been married since 2004 and have a daughter Kinley ’08 and a son Vance ‘11. Lindsay is the greatest goalkeeper in Colorado Mesa Women’s Soccer history. She is the Mavericks all-time leader in saves (403), wins (39) and shutouts (20), having played in 74 matches in her career, nearly double than eight of the other goalkeepers on the program top ten list. She was named an NSCAA All American after her junior (2002) season and was a three-time All-Region selection. Her season high saves total is 128 which stands as second all-time. For the last three years Lindsay has been an assistant coach for the CMU Women’s Soccer team helping with their goalkeepers and now feels called to coach with FCA Soccer. She was inducted in to the CMU Hall of Honor in 2018. Lindsay is in her 14th year of teaching PE and is currently at West Middle School. 


DEREK BIHR

FCA Soccer Coach

Derek and Hannah Bihr have been married since 2007 and have a daughter Harper ’13 and a son Beckett ’16. Derek has played soccer since 1988, he had the pleasure of playing for the original Grand Mesa Youth Soccer Association (Current Fire F.C.). He had the pleasure of playing collegiately at Chandler-Gilber Community College and continued to play beyond college. He has played every position on the field including goalkeeper throughout the decades. He started his coaching career in 1998 and obtained his National D Coaching License in 2008, he was also a Grade 8 USSF Referee from 1995-2018. Derek loves the game of soccer and is passionate about the sport and strives to establish a healthy balance of hard work, excellence and competitiveness mixed with fun and revelry. As much as he loves to win his passion is for his players to become well-rounded persons beyond the sport and the families of his players to bond and create memories for a lifetime. Derek believes that the principles within the game of soccer transcend into life such that players strive to be dependable team members, strong role models, and be a part of something bigger than themselves. He desires to get to know his players, and their family members as well, he believes that the game is a family endeavor and as a coach, he nurtures this totality. His goal is to develop and improve players’ technical and tactical prowess but more importantly, help his players become physically and emotionally stronger but also make it matter in the player’s heart. His true passion is to make an impact with his players mind, body and spirit and use his platform to help transform the next generation of players and members of society.
